Content Analyst, eCommerce Enablement

Responsibilities

Responsible for authoring and creating customized product and category content for Vertiv’s channel partners (Distribution, Black Diamond), marketplaces (Amazon, Lazada, Shoppee, Flipkart, Tokopedia) and information aggregators (CNET, GfK & IceCate).Responsible for the accuracy, relevance, and adherence of Vertiv’s product listings and category content according to the established guidelines of Vertiv’s channel partners and information aggregators.Assist with the implementation of any digital marketing projects/campaigns on Vertiv’s channel partner websites.Proofread and conduct routine quality-control audits of in-market product content on Vertiv’s channel partner websites and information aggregator platformsHave a general understanding of keyword and SEO best practicesUtilize search engine optimization (SEO) principles to create, manage and optimize product listings and category content for partner websitesManage and maintain internal keyword databases and reportingPartner with product offerings team to ensure Vertiv’s product listings and category content is available and optimized within the channel marketing/ eCommerce landscapeGather and analyze data relevant to the performance and ability of Vertiv’s product listings and category content to be found on Vertiv’ partner websites to ultimately drive customer buying decisions

Background / Experience Required:   

Over 1 year experience in copywriting and editing in English is a mustProven expertise in authoring using MS Office (specifically Excel)Excellent written and spoken communications and relationship-building skillsAble to work independentlyFamiliarity with multiple aspects of channel marketing and digital marketing, including content management and web analyticsExcellent understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standardsUnderstanding of various content syndication applications (CNET, GFK) and/or marketplaces (Amazon, Lazada, Shoppee, Flipkart, Tokopedia)Able to be extremely productive and effective in a multi-cultural, virtual work environment Familiarity with web analytics o Experience with Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with content management systemsPractical experience of working within a digital marketing environment
