JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Educational Qualification: Graduate in Marketing Management or any related courses
•At least 5 years of working experience in Facebook branding (from zero to establish branding)
•Knows how to handle Facebook Page/ Community
•Knows how to create proposals
•Knows how to create a marketing budget
•Knows how to create social media content
•Has strong project management skills, team collaboration, and analytical skills
•Adequate knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices
•Exceptional written and verbal skills
•Adequate knowledge of social analytics, online marketing, and major marketing channels
•Not necessary but a plus: relevant experience in e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee, or direct brand e-commerce).
•Highly motivated and creative
•Computer skills
JOB DEscriptIONS:
•Oversee the department that handles promotions for the company.
•Improve the company’s corporate image among the online social media community.
•Create strategies and promote brands.
•Work with the sales, and graphics departments to generate interest in KNM’s products and services.
•Develop and execute advertising programs and external marketing.
•Prepare marketing strategy and write action plans to attain specific objectives.
•Analyze trends and keep an eye on the competition, as well as aim to identify new markets for our own products.
•Develop special deals and discounts, using graphics and catchy phrases to help create interest.
•Prepares and implements monthly and annual marketing budgets
•Track the success of advertising campaigns and sales, and make adjustments in order to increase profits.
