The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will conceptualize, develop, and implement creative advertising ideas for internal and external implementation, handle brand partnerships, and drive strategic ad placements to support the company’s hiring requirements. S/he is expected to build strong business knowledge and integrate this into effective recruitment marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Manage tasks specific to the following channels: Recruitment Brand & Marketing Activations; University RelationsMaintain accurate internal and external candidate data, reports, and analyticsMust be open for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve recruitment marketing objectivesManage recruitment event programs that will help increase recruitment brand awarenessCoordinate with brands for partnership to support recruitment initiativesCoordinate with key partner schools/universities/TESDA training centers for partnershipQualification:
At least 1 year related work experience (preferably from a BPO industry but not required)Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalentPreferably with background in the following: Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Campaigns, and/or event CoordinationMinimum of two-year work experience in Talent Attraction (Vendor Management/Recruitment Marketing experience is an advantage)Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Digital, and Social Media PlatformsMust be willing to work onsite in Makati CityMust be amenable to having a flexible scheduleRecruitment process:
