Social Media Marketing Specialist (MOA/Hybrid Work Setup)

MicroSourcing is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist for one of its Australian client. Work on a hybrid setup and on a dayshift schedule!Job Responsibilities:Reporting to the Social Media, Community and Content manager in the preparation and analysis of social media and community engagement.Planning and executing posts and campaigns across a variety of social media platforms. We have an established presence on Twitter, YouTube, Twitch and Medium and will be expanding to further platforms with your help!Collecting, reporting and strategizing on key metrics through native and third-party social media analytic tools.Researching and reporting on activity and trends in the NFT and gaming industries.Assisting in the management of integrations, partnerships and collaborations. A primary function of the metakey is to integrate with as many platforms, games and apps as possible and you will be responsible for pushing some of these conversations forward as required.Daily, active engagement with our community on Discord. The metakey Discord server is our community hub with a high volume of traffic; an essential part of your role will be to encourage discussion, answer questions and make everyone feel welcome, heard and valued.Customer service for Key-holders, particularly through Discord. Qualifications:2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Marketing SpecialistDemonstrable experience in managing brand or commercial social media accounts (especially Twitter).Experience in community management will be valued.Impeccable communication and copywriting skills.Ability to use and interpret data/analytic tools.Strong passion for blockchain tech, NFTs and gaming culture preferred by not necessaryIntermediate knowledge of Photoshop and/or other image manipulation and editing software.Highly self-motivated in ideation and execution of content.A drive to constantly learn, grow and innovate!Must be willing to work in Mall of Asia on a dayshift schedule (hybrid setup)
