The online Channel Lead (E-Commerce Lead) develop and grow the assigned accounts under the online Channel by maintaining good relationship to the existing accounts, developing new accounts and timely execution of the agreed plans and activities.Manage KBMC business in E-commerce and other online selling platforms (i.e. Shopee, Lazada, etc.)Set Direction to online channel in coordination with Customer Development DirectorProvide leadership to total online Channel and ensure that Company's business objectives are achievedLeads the development and maintenance of good relationship to key partners, distributor partners and customersLeads the capability and development of On Line Channel by providing clear development plan to each associatesEnsure that all KBMC processes, standards, rules and regulation are strictly followed and implemented in the total ChannelWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Business , Marketing or any related fieldPreferably has at least 3-5 years of working experience in online or e-commerce channelProven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targetsWith above-average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)With good communication and strong analytical skillsVery good negotiation skills and works well underWORK LOCATION: Triumph Building, #1610 Quezon Avenue Brgy.
