Role: 

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms: Shopify, Lazada, and Shopee 

As an E-commerce Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify and other marketplace orders on a daily basis. Must be familiar with entire company product line of Medical Equipment. Relay all e-commerce platform orders to warehouse staff, who will then pack & dispatch the following day. Coordinate with warehouse staff every afternoon to ensure all orders scheduled for pick-up were fulfilled by courier. Monitor and respond to any questions or concerns via e-commerce marketplace communication platform. Promote and actively market Yuwell brand on e-commerce marketplace platforms by participating in Marketing promotions – with prior coordination with and approval of Yuwell Management. Work in close coordination with Yuwell Management and Operations Manager for any customer concerns. Immediately report any issues regarding e-commerce marketplace clients or Lazada team to Nala Woman Management.Handle catalog & marketing asset creation to uploading and creating products to the marketplaces.Update product descriptions & prices need to be changed Monitor and report on the status of accounts and transactions. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.  You will be in daily contact with customers, management, and the warehouse, ensuring that all sales are being shipped on time and following up on late or delayed shipments and returns.Performs other functions as assigned by Department Head

Requirements:

Work experience with Lazada and Shopee Seller Centers Work experience with Shopify Understanding and knowledge of sales performance metricsComputer literate with basic math & Excel skills to prepare inventories & reports Organized and pays close attention to detail
