PURPOSE:The position shall be responsible foraccomplishing most of his/her assigned team’s work completion requirements in relation to the approved organizational chart of the organization.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:Digital Marketing Specialists shall work closely with Operations Team Leads, Sr. SEO Specialists, Project Managers, Quality Assurance Team and Operations Manager to complete a campaign’s digital strategy lifecycle. Most of their time will be spent uploading digital content (articles, videos, etc.) to sites (Blogs, Youtube, Vimeo) which aims to complement client’s online brand presence. Part of their daily responsibilities is to ensure that execution of these tasks are in compliance with the team’s quality guidelines and are completed within acceptable timeline.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a combination of education and relevant work experienceKnowledgeable in Wordpress and has to be able to do blog submissions right awayStrong communication skills (verbal and written English), ability to communicate confidently across all employment levelsFamiliar with Google search and other search engines, such as Yahoo and BingStrong organizational skills, high attention to details, critical thinking and learning abilitiesStrong time management skillsExcellent presentation skills with confidence presenting findings, analysis and informationMust be able to work under pressure and ability to manage multiple tasksSpecific knowledge and strict adherence to proper SEO guidelines with respect to Off-page submission and established copy/keyword best practicesLiteracy on SEO trends as published by individuals such as Rand Fishkin and Barry SchwartzAdequate working knowledge of current internet marketing technologiesShifting Schedule; Office-basedWill work in a group of about 10 to 15 team members
