This position will spearhead all user acquisition campaigns of the Company using different advertising and Digital Marketing platforms, including but not limited to analyzing customer behavior and campaign results in order to provide good recommendations to Management.
Responsibilities:
1. Be updated in various Marketing Channels focused on User Acquisition platforms, best practices and trends, methods and skills in order to recommend effective techniques that the Company can acquire. Conduct market research to ensure that the Company’s has competitive media buying practices.
2. Design, create, manage and optimize UA campaigns in order to achieve the metrics for all projects.
3. Analyze data and provide concise recommendations. Execute campaigns based on sound analysis and conclusion.
4. Monitor and manage budget to ensure that campaigns are within the acceptable cost vs ROI ratio.
5. Coordinate with different Departments in the Company in order to achieve the metrics assigned for all project.
6. Presentation of Marketing Plans and Campaigns to Management.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and any related field
2. At least 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing & User Acquisition is needed
3. Background in analytical tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer etc. is required
4. Detail oriented and has a high sense of critical thinking
5. Has good decision making skills
6. Assertive and has a “can-do” attitude
7. Excellent and effective report-writing and communication skills
8. Passion for online gaming is a plus
