YOUR FUNCTIONS:

Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identificationWrite, develop, and strategize online content production and schedulingAssist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communicationsGenerate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialogue and messagingCreate and maintain company social media pages and profilesModerate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policiesCreate and implement a social media marketing plan and editorial calendarTrack and analyze analytics reports to gain insight traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomesManage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.At least 2 years experience in digital marketing and social media or a related job.Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, linkedIn, etc.)Knowledge of project management and web design best practicesUnderstanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaignsExcellent in both written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think creatively and innovatively, multi-task and work well under pressure.With excellent presentation skills and data analytics skillsCreative, forward-thinking, and organizedWilling to work onsite in Quezon City
