Marketing Support
Acquire product knowledge for brands.Facilitate and implement marketing strategies that help to increase brand awareness, reach, and likes from online and offline customers.A&P budget control for planning costs, during development costs as well as execution costs to efficiently utilize allocated fund for marketing activities.Content management and creation for all online and offline marketing platforms.Monitor, track and ensure smooth execution of online (social media and digital) and offline marketing campaigns.Perform sales, site performance& product update on all e-commerce, website, and online sales & marketing platforms.Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase online presenceand brand awareness.
Develop and maintain good rapport with local and overseasbusiness associates.
Sales Support
Perform order processing and ensure their fulfilment.Prepare reports (Sales Report,Marketing Expense Report, etc.)Work with sales team to ensure that marketing plans and efforts are translated on the sales floor.Maintain supplies of sales and marketing materials.Manage inventory and maintain optimal inventory level to ensure timely availability of products.Job Specifications
Local Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or other related fields.Good copywriting skills.Proficient in MS office applications.Have an eye for detail and is creative.At least 1 year experience with digital, social media and e-commerce platform is preferred which includes updating social media siteKnowledge in Mailchimp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Adobe Photoshop will be an advantageKnowledgeable and active on social media on a personal levelUnderstanding of digital marketing and logistics/ inventory principlesAble to handle multiple tasks, organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlinesKey Deliverables
