The Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing) is responsible in developing, implementing and managing strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and programs specifically for the youth segment focusing on Youtube and Tiktok, to contribute to the overall profitability of mall operations and of the entire organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Scientifically research about the target segment to properly identify and implement effective consumer insight-based segment marketing programs, initiatives and campaigns that would result to significant content creation and flow efficiencyExecute strategic segment marketing in accordance with the company's standardsConvert segment marketing insights into daily digital content and seasonal campaigns that would highly engage the family segment and increase their brand love for SM SupermallsCollaborate with Marketing Operations for other insights that would help the campaign developmentEnsure existing and accomplished projects are properly documented in orderProvide the Immediate Head an accurate report for monitoring and updating purpose, and as well as to guide management in decision makingEDUCATIonAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of BS/BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or any related courseWith at least 3 years of managerial experience in all areas of Marketing, Communicaiton, Public RelationsWith high level of interpersonal skills, analytical skills, presentation skillsWORK LOCATION
Candidate must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MAAX Bldg., Pasay City.
