⁃ Upload and update product assortments inclusive campaign price, stock quantity, product image, description and lorikeet in ensuring the products reflect in E-Store are updated
⁃ Coordinate with partners and third party logistic on order fulfilment, shipment and return status
⁃ Coordinate with After-sales team on matters related to customer queries or any issues pertaining to products’ warranty
⁃ Work closely with E-com Lead on E-Store monthly promotion mechanics not limited to price discount, voucher, bundles promotion.
⁃ Responsible in coordinate with internal stakeholders on Communication/Content plan, Creative assets to ensure proper visibility are driven to E-Store
⁃ Possessed good analytical skill in analyse E-store metrics (sellout, traffics funnel, basket size) and improve ROAS from advertisement channel (CPAS, Facebook Ads, Google Shopping Ads)
⁃ Perform Keywords research in Electronic / Smartphone industry to understand the latest trend & search behaviour from Philippines Market and apply to E-Store content and product title.
⁃ Improve Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) via on-page and off-page strategy in improve E-Store ranking in Google Search Result Page.
⁃ Provide weekly and monthly E-Store report to E-com Lead
⁃ Knowledge in Google Analytics and other Google Products will be having advantage
