UI/UX Senior Analyst (Hybrid Work Setup)

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be responsible in delivering the best online user experience which makes the role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology, and will be designing various graphic user interface elements (e.g. menus, tabs, forms, and widgets).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designs intuitive experiences across responsive web platforms, delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows and prototypesCollaborates with design, product and engineering teams to understand users, translates understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development Conducts regular design reviews to obtain feedback, reiterating on the designs to improve resultsPlans and executes user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product designEstablishes and promotes design guidelines, best practices and standardsPlans and implements new designs; optimizes existing user interface designsCommunicates with client to understand their business goals and objectivesDevelops technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutionsCombines creativity with an awareness of the design elementsCreates prototypes for new product ideasTests new ideas before implementingConducts ongoing user research to test for intuitiveness of product and overall user experience

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Graduate from any design or technology related course

Experience:

You have 2+ years of experience leading and managing a design teamYou have 3+ years of experience in the UIUX fieldYou have experience and knowledge in e-commerce

Technical Skills:

Knowledge in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After EffectsKnowledge of the fundamentals in UX and UI DesignUp to date with the latest trends in UI and UX DesignKnowledge in Front-end and Product Development (No coding skills needed)Ability to visualize project and business requirements and translate them into wireframes and prototypes
