Finance Analyst (Batangas)

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Finance Analyst (Batangas). 

What are the Roles and Responsibilities? 

1.1  Assists on day-to-day activities of the Finance Department 

1.2  Handles Sales Administration1.

2.1   Encodes Sales Orders in computerized system (SAP) and generates sales invoices and other sales documents1.

2.2   Monitors daily & monthly sales and provides sales analysis reports1.

2.3   Monitors receivable from BCFG & URC Intl and ensures timely collection

1.3  Assist in reviewing Plant Revolving Fund transactions and encodes replenishments summary 

1.4  Monitors OPEX budget availment per department and provides analysis of operating expense accounts of the business and other required financial reports

1.5  Coordinates and reconciles with Accounting and other departments and corporate support centers in all reports

1.6  Assists in monitoring BU KPI’s and per Dept KPI’s vs budget and last year

1.7  Undertakes other related functions and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by Superior 

What are the Qualifications? 

Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course preferably CPAAt least with 2 years work related experienceWith working knowledge in SAPAnalytical Skills and Computer LiterateCan relate well and must know how to deal with people at all levelsHas good moral characterWilling to work in Simlong, Batangas
