As the Product Marketing Coordinator of a fast-growing SaaS platform, you will combine your passion for communications and digital marketing to build and engage audiences for lead generation and client retention. You will work with a cross functional teams to discover new growth opportunities while executing across online and offline channels to activate, engage and retain our clients. You’ll develop yourself to be a voice of care providers and care teams, understanding their pain points and helping them find solutions and unlock value from our Platform while developing the brand and market position.

How will you add value and succeed in this role:

Work closely with the Head of Growth to drive adoption, engagement and retention of the product in order to deliver on growth targets.Assist with product positioning across website, lifecycle, social, print, campaigns and all client communications to ensure this positioning is maintained across all touchpointsCollaborate with the cross-functional team to understand product features and plan, execute and iterate the benefits via Go-to-Market activitiesBuild an experimentation and growth hacking skillset and share results regularly with key stakeholders, while identifying the need for improvements in lifecycle programs to further drive growth.

Success in the first 3 months of this role:

You will be up to speed on the market, product, roadmap, and strategy for the businessYou will have worked closely with the Head of Growth to execute on the current roadmapYou will have enhanced our current campaigns and communication pathways to help meet company targetsYou will have developed competency across the tools of the trade including marketing automation, CRM, planning and reporting tools and frameworks

Success in the first 6 months of this role:

You will have learned how to use an experimentation approach in your work, showcasing valuable insights about which activities worked/did not workYou will have developed your core relationships within the team and become a key contributor to the marketing planning and strategyYou will have mastered our marketing automation technology to improve the personalization and communications across all channelsYou will have developed your voice as the customer, care team and recipient and aligned with our brand values, vision, and mission
