Job Description
The Virtual Key Account Manager (VKAM) position drives the overall growth of his/her assigned sellers. He/she will be responsible for Seller Engagement, Assortment Expansion, Account Management, Sales Analysis and be heavily involved in seller operations.
Operational Excellence
• Coordinate with the Operations team on overall platform engagement, to grow sellers’ business and ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with other functional departments such as Customer Service Strategy, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Assortment
• Collaborate with Category Managers and Key Account Managers to effectively execute business strategy and eventually drive sales growth.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's/College Degree
· Fluent in both Mandarin (Required) and English language, able to translate business strategy and engage Mandarin and Filipino-Chinese speaking sellers, both through writing and over the phone
· Can easily build rapport and establish good working relationships with accounts
· Flexible, adaptive, and versatile. Needs to be able to work with many stakeholders and different teams
· Problem-solving skills, dissect and determine root causes of seller problems, and communicate possible solutions for sellers
· The individual should have a proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external).
· Experience in a Customer Support/Sales environment
· Eager to learn, and the definition of "coachable"
