about the Role
The Sr. Business Unit Manager will oversee the overall performance of the key accounts assigned to him/her. He/she will supervise the creation and implementation of campaigns to improve the performance of the accounts under his/her management
In this role, you are expected to:
Oversee day to day category team performance and motivation – ensure proper integration and development with best practice outputsGovern Account relationships – deliver shared business objectives thru collaborationSupervise campaign planning to execution – setting of commercial objectives, resource planning and campaign performance monitoringEstablish forecast cycles for campaign and BAU replenishmentsManage inventory & order to cash process (Inventory and AR Health) – ensure compliance to key performance indicatorsConduct e-joint business planning and reviews with accountsProvide e-commerce category analysis and insightsOrganize cross-functional or test and learn projectsThis job might be fit for you if you have the following:
Degree in any Business-related coursesMinimum of 2 years of work experience in eCommerce and/or FMCGGood communication and interpersonal skillsProactive and solutions-oriented personalityAbility to organize and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlinesProficiency in MS Office, especially MS ExcelStrong drive to learn and achieve resultsExperience in managing teams is a plus
