Job Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate accounting members and increase department accuracy and efficiency.Responsible to delegate, supervise, and participate in accounting department tasks,Oversee the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial information, hire, train, andMotivate accounting staff membersDevelop and implement department controls and procedures and ensure that the department operates efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.Job Requirements:
Certified Public AccountantWith minimum of 10 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.At least 5 years’ experience in Managerial capacityExcellent leadership and communication skills.Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.Willingness to comply with all local, state and company regulations.Keen on details, deadline conscious and results oriented.
