Job Summary:Responsible for assisting the E-Commerce Department in overseeing the company’s e-commerce platform, managing its operations to ensure maximum financial return, and growing the company’s online business.Job Description:Liaise with various departments regarding proper product assortments, discounts, and promotions for existing participating stores as well as administrative/logistical preparations for future stores before roll outAnalyzes the performance of products and categories on a regular basis and formulates recommendations to stakeholders in order to boost its performance on the siteMonitors and reconciles products and payment for fulfilled orders versus failed deliveries versus defective/returns and come up with plans of action to avoid itPromotes the e-commerce platform thru different communication channels (in-store collaterals, POS display, social media, email blasts)Gathers and analyzes data in improving the online businessJob Requirements:Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or its equivalentPreferably with work experience in the field of E-Commerce or Marketing but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
