Job Summary
The training officer would be primarily responsible for creating and conducting training programs on implemented policies and processes within operations departments. He/she must also evaluate and determine other necessary training programs that would be best to ensure policies and processes implemented are understood and effectively being carried out.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand business policies and processes implemented within operations departments.Create and conduct regular training programs on the policies and processes implemented within BFFI operationsMake recommendations to management for other necessary training programs for operations (e.g. understanding IRR, NPV and ROIC)Conduct surveys on the effectiveness of the policies and process implemented Provide support when necessary in monitoring compliance of departments on the implemented process (report creation and other ad hoc tasks)Perform other tasks as assigned by his/her immediate superiorKEY QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Must be graduate of BS Accountancy/Business Management/internal audit/Finance
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years work experience, good understanding of business policies, process and controls of the company
Special Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
With strong analytical and evaluation skills Has the ability to work well in a team Knowledgeable in EBT and SAP system is a plus
Must be knowledgeable with Google workspace (Docs, sheets, slides, data studio) and Microsoft office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
