Duties And Responsibilities
Receive directions and tasks from the TSD (Solutions Management) Senior Director / Manager specifically for the following roles:
· Primary
o Content Management
o Proposal Management
· Secondary
o Bid Management
o Client Engagement Support
Solution / Business Support:
1. Content Management. Manages TSD’s geo-specific (Philippines) collateral and specific information / “content” used for RFx (i.e. RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) requirements.
· Ensures collateral / content are current, complete, and accurate
· Coordinates with various cross-functional teams at different levels w/in the organization (PH and global) to ensure integrity of information.
· Set regular update schedules of content for different sections / entries.
Utilizes and maintains a cataloguing system / library using an electronic repository which serves as the team’s

· Maintains / tracks all collateral – data and/or content entry updates, revision histories, archiving.
· As / when necessary, conducts research and analysis on relevant trends, business requirements, competitors, solutions, etc.
1. Proposal (RFx) Management. Manages RFx / proposal requirements specific for geo-specific bids or participation in global / multi-geo bids.
· Completes responses to RFx’s and other similar correspondences
Reviews questions and requirements against available content / data
Manages inputs and responses – distributes appropriate questions / sections to different functional group; assigns and adheres to schedules, including follow ups, clarifications, progress, etc.
Reports completion progress, regularly.
Ensuring that responses are appropriately written to fit the requirements and within the standards of the company.

May review with Manager / TSD Sr. Director final responses prior to submission or submits to client directly
Where necessary, writes and drafts proposal documents together with the Sales and Solutions teams for PH-specific bids, contents of which vary according to different business requirements.
As required, may also render support and assistance to the Global Bid Management team relative to proposal / response management responsibilities for the target geography/ies.
1. Bid Management. Supports bid activities and requirements for the PH geo.
Analyzing the requirements based on information given with the assistance of other departments.
Works with the Solution Design Manager / Lead to formulate the bid plan schedules / timelines.
Provides list of clarification questions
for submission to the client.
Following up with the internal support teams on their inputs to solution design and bid-related requirements (RFx, presentations, etc.)
1. Client Engagements
As needed, supports the TSD Manager / Client Visit Coordinator for client engagement requirements.
Works with Client Visit Coordinator to ensure timely availability of logistics and other necessary requirements for client visits when required as indicated in visit / engagement requirements checklist.
