JOB OBJECTIVES:
• Assist in managing and overseeing Ecommerce channels whether Nutriasia flagship stores, mobile or digital stores and platforms and retail supermarket and distributor online stores and websites.
• Develops sales objectives, strategies, Traffic building programs, Digital programs and communications.
• Generates market trending analysis and sales report / trade intelligence including offtake, inventory, competitor analysis, sales trending, basket size, penetration and frequency in the online channel
• Makes recommendations to management regarding opportunities to maximize sales. Manages ecommerce accounts via directly engaging with buyers and e-distributors
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage all ecommerce sites – NAI Flagship stores, Mobile apps, Retail supermarket and Distributor online stores.
• Ensures month on month sales target achievement
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly channel’s performance update. Including inventory, sell in and sell out, category analysis, and other pertinent reports
• Contribute in the development and implementation of Traffic-building, offtake generating, TITUTA programs in NAI online stores
• Review the channel’s demand plan and coordinate the changes with demand planning department.
• Strategize key concepts and programs to ensure sustainable business growth of the channel.
• Monitor channel’s AR status on a monthly basis.
• Develop channel strategies based on the identified market opportunities and recommend plans and programs
• Manage the performance of the channel i.e. sales vs target, growth, profitability as well as margins.
• Schedule and conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly updates.
• Conduct annual key accounts strategic planning.
• Manage the allocated budget by ensuring that trade investments deliver short, medium and/or long term goals.
• Manage POs and deliveries via coordination with our CSG and Logistics team
• Manage pricing across all online stores
• Manage AR and claim via coordination with Finance, SBOG and BPOI teams
• Develop traffic-building initiatives to the online stores with the help of Corporate Digital marketing team
• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• College graduate, ideally with a degree course in Business or a related field
• At least 1 year of sales/marketing experience in online or digital management
• Strong competencies with PC-based applications (Windows, Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Has a good understanding of Digital and online business and its dynamics
• Has acquired expertise in basic selling fundamentals and sales training
• Has good statistical analysis
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Proven history of successfully attaining or exceeding aggressive goals
• Ability to work towards common goals in a group sales environment
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understand basic marketing principles and category management
• Strong leadership, innovation skills, and ability to make things happen
• Knowledge in MS Office / SAP and Netsuite system will be an advantage
