Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will be a key contributor to overall project success. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Solutions.

documenting and circulating meeting minutes, creating project plans and related project collateral management, scheduling meetings, and overseeing the support process.Track internal or customer facing project status, issues/risks, and timelinesCreate and maintain project plans and related project documentation as requiredOrganize, maintain and circulate meeting minutes and collateral to ensure all stakeholders are aware of project updates andLog, manage and troubleshoot tasks related to a project and ensure appropriate follow upIdentify and escalate potential project issues/risks to ensure project remains on trackAdhere to internal SLAs and ensure timely resolution of all customer inquiriesOversee internal support queue and engage appropriate internal team members to troubleshootProduce weekly reporting on open/closed tickets by type and identify and implement process/workflow improvements as required.

Skills and Experiences:

2+ year(s) of Project Management or Account Management experience preferred2+ year(s) of helpdesk or customer service experience in an IT environmentDemonstrate meticulous attention to detail to maintain project organizationCustomer oriented with ability to interact effectively (written and verbal)Eagerness to learn and grow with the businessAble to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environmentIndividuals that demonstrate mastery over the following skills and experiences will have the opportunity to explore career paths within Project Management or Solutions Consulting.
