Play an active role in developing digital strategiesCan develop, implement and launch campaigns using multiple platforms including Google, Bing, Paid Social and retargeting platformsKnows how to conduct extensive audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform paid media strategiesProvide and communicate strategic direction on PPC campaign initiatives, identifying key messages, and value propositions Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including bid optimization, landing page optimization, analyzing search query reports, and creating ad copyREPORTING
Create monthly reports with analysis of performance of campaigns along with strategic recommendations for continual improvementADMINISTRATION
Train and coach junior level paid media specialists; Experienced leader managing 5 team members and aboveCollaborate with paid media specialists on research, campaign creation, and optimization effortsKnows the importance of team and individual productivity, efficiency and utilization metrics in a shared service/consulting/BPO set – upRequired Technical Skills
• Experience in Google Ads manager and any SEM software such as Sprinklr, Skai, DV360, Adobe
• Strong grasp of the Digital Marketing landscape and how paid search and paid social plays a pivotal role in the marketing
efforts across all channels and platforms
• Exhibits a high degree of comfort with SEM and have been active users and/or administrators of google SEM accounts
• Up – to - date with the latest best practices in paid search marketing
• Comfortable with managing multiple campaigns and keyword ad groups and handling budgets of $1MM+
• Ability to run additional media in Google platform, such as display, YouTube, and performance max campaigns
• Able to work with web and analytics team to create and track conversions via both Google Analytics and GTM
Required Experience
• Experienced leader in the digital paid media field managing 6 or more team members (senior specialists)
• 10 years and above of related work experience crafting successful digital media plans
• Paid Search and Paid Social media buying experience for Hospital / Healthcare systems or Healthcare brands or
equivalent
• Worked for multinational media buying firms or have been part of an in-house digital media for e-commerce websites
• Familiar with a performance-based BPO / captive shared structure (KPIs on individual productivity, process efficiencies and
utilization metrics)
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Communication Technology, Psychology, IT or Math
