Job Responsibilities:
· Work with the SEO team to develop and execute advanced SEO plans.
· Must possess solid understanding of how search engines operate and rank websites.
· Will oversee and will be responsible for the organic performance of our major online printing brands.
· Must have proven ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills; have the ability to communicate complex ideas/issues and get projects through.
· Must know how to build quality links and understand the various links available and how to obtain them.
Required Skills/Technical Knowledge:
· On-site, technical, and off-site SEO expertise of at least 4 years
· In-depth knowledge of Google Algorithm Updates, Patents, Best Practices, and new developments
· Ability to create, develop, and more importantly, prioritize SEO strategies
· Strong analytical thinker and strategist; a problem-solver
· Strong content marketing and communication skills
· Experience with SEO Tools: Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, SEMRush, MOZ, AHREFs, others
· Well-organized, detail-oriented, and must have the ability to manage multiple SEO projects
· Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, or other Computer-related fields is preferred, but not required.

Analytical, clear communicator, logical and quick thinker, problem-solver, responsible, dependable, honest, team player, positive, and must be able to multi-task.
