The Mall Operations online Manager/Officer will act as SM Malls online Tenant Relations Manager/Officer. They will establish the operational system with the tenant as they get onboarded the SM Malls online App. They will guide the tenant in the process of uploading their inventories and help facilitate the tenant's fulfillment of the order: from store to Fulfillment Center, then to the customers intended place of delivery. The Mall Operations online Officer will also teach tenants the use of software such as SM online Platform, the main software used for uploading products and updating inventory and will offer additional software and logistics support to tenants, should there be concerns. For Live Tenants, they are to ensure out of stock % is no more than 20% of live assortment for all covered tenants in the mall who are live on SMO and maintain at least 80% of physical assortment of the Mall Store are live in the SMO app. As Mall Operations online Officer, they have to ensure that at least 70% of tenants are covered in the mall and Live on SMO are updating their inventory on a daily basis (7 days a week).
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in tenant relations, client management, documentation, customer service and the related field is required for this position.Willing to be assign in SM Megamall, SM North Edsa, SM City Sucat, SM City Clark, SM City Pampanga, SM City Dasmarinas, or SM City Bacoor
