Job Summary: Under the guidance and direction of assigned immediate superiors, provide general management and direction to his team to fulfill the following functions:• Merchandise promotions generation and implementation• Merchandise mix and assortment development, allocation, implementation, and monitoring• Visual merchandising and display formulation and presentation• Merchandise replenishment and movement planning and monitoring• Inventory accuracy management and monitoring• Product knowledge training development and cascadeRequired Knowledge:Enthusiast-level knowledge on tactical and outdoor gears and equipment.Basic knowledge/ appreciation of motorcycles, motorcycle gears, parts, and accessories.Basic understanding of inventory and category management processesRequired Skills:Merchandise ManagementBrand ManagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to synthesize and analyze various data to identify and forecast trends.
