Premier BPO is looking for a Full-time Senior Accountant in Eastwood, Quezon City!Job HighlightsDay 1 HMOCompletive BenefitsCompany CultureJob DescriptionSr. AccountantReports to the Finance ManagerBrief Job Description: Sr. Accountant Generally, handle the accounting, tax, reporting and/or audit processes for governments, corporations or individual clients.·Reviewing the company's financial information; preparing documentation or reporting related to finances, taxes, or audits; and staying up-to-date on changes in government regulations.·Perform audits for their organization, as well as make suggestions on improving bookkeeping and recordkeeping processes.·Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.·Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.·Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.·Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.·Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.·Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.·Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.·Secures financial information by completing database backups.·Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.·In-charge of Tax payments/VAT refund applications, in monthly, quarterly and annual basis.·Monitors and implement Tax updates, and coordinates with BIR office whenever necessary.·Assist the external Accounting Consultant during his weekly visit,Annual Audit and BIR Audit.· Maintains monthly Purchase Log Report for tax purposes.· Prepare and submit BIR compliance reports.·Review and check Request for Payment form & PCF replenishment prepared by Disbursement in-charge·QuickBooks recording of vendors’ Billing, Cash Advance liquidations, and accruals of expenses· Update Balance Sheet details.· Prepares & submit PEZA compliance reports·Coordinate with PEZA office for any concerns relative to the company as PEZA registered enterprise.· Provide PEZA updates to the Management.Senior Accountant Qualifications / Skills:·Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance·5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance· CPA (maximum requirement)·Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas·Experience with financial reporting requirements·Accounting·Analyzing information·Attention to detail·Deadline-oriented·Corporate finance·Financial software & MS OfficeCAN START ASAP
