Our company was founded in 2022. Today we have a staff size of 15 and expending, we need a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team. The chosen candidate should prioritise workers’ welfare without compromising the company’s value.
Responsibilities:
Strategise, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational level to support business and organisational growth Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflowEnsure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboardingPrepare attendance, leave, and disciplinary records Prepare HR, attendance, and leave recordsJob Requirements:
Minimum CHRP or its equivalentProfessional working fluency in English, and Tagalog.At least 1years of HR experience.Experience in Word, Excel , and other computer basic preferredAbility to connect and understand people at all position levelsUp-to-date knowledge of labor code and employment law of the Philippines
