QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must possess at least Bachelor/College Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related course.
*Can work with minimal supervision and deliver high quality output.
*Can work under pressure.
*Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
*Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
*Timely preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
*Processing of Check vouchers.
*Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable’s data
*Preparation of Govt Remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)
*Prepare alphalist of supplier of goods and services monthly
*Filing docs
*Monitor and summarize liquidation reports of cash advances, including timely return of excess cash.
*Other functions as may be assigned from time to time
