Leads organizational development
Sustainable and long-term development of a country leadership teamevaluation and development of leadership potentials together with local managersExternal recruiting and/or promotion of further sales line managers in coordination with HQLegal support regarding local labor lawTraining scheme and systematic follow up the training measuresLead entire sales & marketing activities

Bachelors degree holder in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalentAt least five (5) years of proven experience of same capacityWilling to work on-site, to travel and do field workFunctional Skills:
Operational sales experience and expertise in tactical sales planningExtensive expertise and experience in leadership and employee developmentPreferably operational experience in direct marketing organizations and direct sales models with "on-site expertise", ideally in B2C direct sales business modelsExperience in dealing with KPI-based sales management and the corresponding reporting systemsExperience in recruiting and training and in organizational/ structural developmentHandling of CRM tools and campaigns as well as digital administration and planning processPersonal Skills:
