Position Overview

This position is a Licensing Operation Specialist. In this position you will gain a granular understanding of Microsoft licensing programs and products. Training will be provided.

What you will do at Insight:

Gain an understanding of Microsoft volume licensing contractsSupport clients by providing quotes, contract details, and licensing helpAssist with the creation and maintenance of Microsoft contractsParticipate in the onboarding of new clients into Insight’s systemManage client contract document libraryProvide Microsoft License StatementsOther duties as assigned
