Team Leader - Sales and Pursuits (Mid Shift)

Job Purpose:

Balancing resources to support the needs for Global and Key Clients along with the entire sales communityEnsure delivery of successful, high-quality pursuit/proposal deliverablesEnsuring there’s a streamlined proposal support processes including the use of available tools, systems and resources under The Arcadis WayImprove our win & capture rates

Key Accountabilities:

Lead an operational team and manage performance across all activities in order to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performanceEffectively liaise and work with other team leaders to ensure alignment between the workstreams and regions and the centre.Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team to assure mutual understanding of desired resultsEnsure that the team members are complying to the company’s rules and regulations and any management changes shall be implementedDevelop a strategy the team will use to reach its goalTrack and monitor team performance measures and reporting i.e. utilization, quality assurance, client satisfactionIdentify gaps in core capabilities and initiate training based on business needsManage the flow of day-to-day operationsManages the team by driving projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaborationProactively identifies ways to improve processes and toolsDrives/facilitates talent acquisition search to ensure quality and consistent growth of the teamEfficient induction and onboarding process working with enabling functions such as HR and IT for a seamless orientation

Knowledge & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, or any related fieldAt least 7 years proven work experience as a team leader or supervisorKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications, ideally in Excel, Word, and PowerPointIn-depth knowledge of performance metrics
