Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year experience as a supervisor or TL in a retail or similar industries (gas station, super market, fast food chain, etc)Can work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible, and capable of multi-taskingSomeone who can lead by example -Hands-onWith proven exposure in people and schedule managementMust have strong leadership qualitiesCapable of preparing and presenting reportsWe are also willing to accept Management TraineeResponsibilities
1.) Sales forecasting – includes, but is not limited to, proper deployment of staff for forecourt, cashiers, janitor, mechanic, security guards, treats, potato corner and car service bay
2.) Customer service management (dealing with customer complaints)
Ensures the station is compliant with the company standards of operations, safety and hygiene3.) Oversee sales and Inventory count of the Convenience store with assistance of accounting team
4.) Meet monthly targets set by CEO/Operations Manager
5.) Monthly reports with CEO for overall station performance – presentation that includes, but is not limited to, actual sales, forecasts, issues, rewards and achievements
6.) Coordination of deliveries and services (restock of fuel, food and beverages, office supplies, pest control, waste management)
7.) May be given tasks related to government compliance of the station
8.) Act as go-to individual for any concerns or questions on operations
