Lead Auditor for Other Support Services ( Cebu Based)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal AuditorPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.POSITION SUMMARY:The Lead Auditor for Other Support Services (LAOSS) Generally spearheads the planning, execution, reporting, and follow up phases of various assurance and advisory engagement with support service of RAFI Micro Finance, Inc. The Lead Auditor Collaborates with auditors from other departments (e.g., Audit Of Finance, Audit of Information Systems, Branch Auditors) in order to deliver engagement on the different support Services. Because of the risk-based and integrated of audit engagements, the engagement of the LAOSS may partake of the nature of performance audit. Information system audits. Financial Audits, compliance audits. governance audits, operational audits, continuous audits, and other assurance and consultancy engagement. Engagement will primarily cover such functional departments and groups of Human Capital, Brand Development, Business Development, Risk Management, Business Process Management, Strategy Management, and such other strategic internal partners providing support to Branch Operations. The lead Auditor will adopt systematic and disciplined audit approaches to be able to facilitate in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of company governance, risk management and internal control. The Lead Auditor will work closely with the Manager of Audit of Finance and support Services, and the Head of Audit for Corporate Shared Service in the course of the engagements.  SCOPE: Audit engagement of the LAOSS will generally cover the following Strategic Internal Partner (SIPs) of RAFI Microfinance Inc: Human Capital DepartmentBrand Development GroupBusiness DevelopmentFacilities, Safety and SecuritiesRisk Management UnitBusiness Process ManagementStrategy ManagementHowever, as part of the Department's integration and engagement program, and safeguard on objectivity the IS auditor may be assigned across geographical areas or other functional audit teams, for particular engagements and within definite period of time. Additionally, to some extent, the LAOSS may be involved in the branch audit. All other units which RMF may establish in the future, and which are identified as part of the audit universe, shall also be with the scope of the LAOSS.
