Job Description
• Deliver premium customer service and represent a culture and an environment that is willing to go ‘above and beyond.
• Deliver a high level of productivity through effective time management and by identifying opportunities to maximize sales (up-sell/cross-sell).
• Effectively present, promote, and sell using inbound and outbound consumer contact.
• Maintain accurate records of all clients and potential clients, utilizing company-supported technology tools and processes.
• Ensure complaints are dealt with in an empathetic and resolution-orientated manner.
• Proactively interact with management and stakeholders in the development of new initiatives, process improvement, and feedback on departmental operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor
• Sales oriented
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
