YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition and Management 

Pooling and hiring of new associates and sales support unitsTraining and up-skilling of associatesTarget monitoring and performance evaluation of associatesMentoring and developing of new associates

Business Development 

Create from scratch a portfolio of key account clients and strategic partnersUtilize the social media platform and job boards to maximize reach of marketing collaterals and recruitment initiatives

There is a FIT for the role if candidate possesses:

At least a Bachelor's/Degree in any fieldGraduates of Business Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Finance will have an advantage.At least 5 years working experience and has a track record of successLess than 5 years can be reconsidered as long as candidate has substantial and diverse exposure in financial services industryExperience and exposure in BANCASSURANCE - a definite advantage!Experience in recruitment and sales management; insurance background is a plusManagerial/Asst. Managerial roles specializing in sales experience
