Sales Coordinator

Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.Candidate must be able to start as soon as possibleAt least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.Preferably living within Mandaluyong or San Juan City.Good computer skills (MS Office).Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.Must have strong attention to detailExperience working with and selling to executives is a strong advantageA team player with high level of dedication.

Sales Coordinator’s main responsibility is to undertake sales administration and other office duties that will help the sales team in processing the sales order and delivery/shipment of the goods/services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.Handling orders by phone, email or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers.Helping the Sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring up-to-date support material.Inputting orders , ensuring they are processed according to customers requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and deliver on time.Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.-
