POSITION DEscriptIONHighlights:*Dayshift*Fixed Weekends Off*Uncapped Commission*HMO w/ 2 free dependents A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLEo  Enable sales agents by providing sales coaching, training, and embedding.o  Listen and Provide call coaching daily to sales agents, document and provide feedback to QA team.o  Work with QA to verify and qualify the call quality score.o  Work with sales verifying team to help document feedback for sales agents to make improvements.o  Work with Sales Support Team lead to achieve business objectives.o  First point of contact for all Sales and Quality escalations.o  Work with sales agents to overcome customer objections and find a solution that fits the customer needs.o  Set performance plans for low performing sales agents to help them achieve to their maximum ability within Acquire.o  Accelerate activity for high performing sales agents for over achievement month on month.o  Report to Direct Sales Manager in Australia daily and monthly for guidance and support in achieving the Sales number, business objectives and training where necessary. o  Lead by example by getting on the phone to make outbound and inbound calls when the team needs your help to achieve the overall team goal in particular if agents are on planned or unplanned leave.o  Become a product expert to help design business solutions with your sales team.o  Drive positive mindset change and embed daily.o  Drive high performance mindset mentality. o  Hold regular stand-up meetings daily.o  Hold one on one weekly and monthly meetings with sales agentso  Provide weekly reporting on sales performance to Direct Sales Manager.o  Develop and implement strategic plans to address sales and business objectives if needed. o  Provide Sales structure training to agents and their daily operating rhythm.o  Recommend and Implement KPI’s where necessary to drive sales performance.o  Responsible for training and conducting performance reviews to develop and retain employees o  Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.o  Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality. A BIT about YOUo  Hire energy levels and desire to be successful. o  Seasoned sales star and leader willing to share knowledge and pass onto sales team.o  Positive mental mindset.o  Willing to lead by example.o  Minimum one-year supervisory experience within a contact center environment, or the ability to demonstrate the skills required for the effective recruitment, selection and leading of an effective sales team.o  Medium to Advanced Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.o  Excellent communicator on the phone with excellent business writing skills.o  Sales results oriented; thrives on high performance, high attention to detail.o  Efficient and Organized – able to produce significant output and completes assigned work in a timely manner. o  Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions in the work environment. o  Clear and logical thinking.o  Flexible Schedule Availability. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEo  85% or above Team Performance Passing rate  WHAT WE VALUEWe’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:·       Collaboration·       Impact·       Passion·       Transparency Acquire BPO is a business outsourcer with a vision is to connect organizations to skilled people globally.
