Job Description:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and outbound calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools
Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records if customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least HS Diploma
At least 6mos call center experience preferred for this position
At least 1-4 years experienced employees specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
With experience in handling a financial campaign or Sales account
Willing to work in the night shift
Willing to work onsite (in Las Piñas (near Alabang))
Fixed shift- 11:00PM-8:00AM, Mon-Fri
Earn P25,000 + commissions + P5,000 allowance
