Urgent Hiring - Account Specialist - Pasig

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Administrative 

Prepares daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection planPrepares and submit sales reports on time or as required ( Itinerary, SAR,WER,FAS )Prepares sales orders in NS 

2.Account and Territory Management

Calls and visits customers based on agreed coverage plan by prioritizing top customers contributing 80% of sales revenueDo periodic review on accounts and assigned territory to identify growth areas and new product opportunitiesDo periodic review on credit term /limit of accounts handled and make recommendation to increase/decrease approved credit facility.Monitors and evaluates productivity of work plan. Recommends to direct head if revision is neededMonitors competitive activities in the assigned area/territory and gives feedback to management regularly (price, new products, new brands etc.)

3.Selling and Collection

Reviews sales and collection plan at the start of the day Coordinates all deliveries, returns, price adjustments, sampling and related transactions, and prepares and submits required documentation/s, according to required scheduleHandles collection personally as the need arises including but not limited to account reconciliation with customersRemits collections and submits required documentation/s, according to required schedule

4.Market and Product Development

Identifies leads, and opens required number of customers to reach coverage standardIdentifies and sells new and/or alternative products to customersIdentifies and sells alternative products to new markets or in new areas

5.Financial Resources Management

evaluates, recommends, and controls customers credit extensionsAdheres to company policies and required operating systems.Keeps all issued tools of trade (service vehicle, laptop, cellphone etc) in excellent condition and well- maintained all the time

6.Problem Prevention and Monitoring

Reports promptly to supervisor, or appropriate authority, incidents re operational issues and concernsRecommends appropriate action on encountered issues

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any 4 years course/ Bachelors DegreePreferably with selling experience but not necessary; newly graduate is welcomeComputer literate; knows how to drive motorcycle is an advantageTrainable, High integrity, Hardworking, High Energy, Good Interpersonal skillsWith Motorcycle and LicenseWith experience in Tele Sales
