Merchandising Support Specialist
Responsible for developing and implementing the overall merchandising plan for the assigned area and channel in close coordination with Brand, Field Marketing and Sales Teams, following the national merchandising objectives and strategies, and designated area and channel strategies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Facilitates production and deployment of POSM and merchandising materials according to correct targeting and healthy POSM inventories for all branches and warehouses.Manages Third Party Agencies and ensures seamless implementation, ensuring that merchandising activations are carried out as planned on time and in full.Manages overall assigned budgets for all merchandising programs in designated area and/or channel.Continuously analyses and monitors overall merchandising and visibility performance of the assigned area, channel, or project, sharing key learnings, insights, and analysis against KPIs, best practices, and action plans to improve overall performance.Works and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders (finance, procurement, brand teams, field teams, and suppliers) from planning and development to execution and monitoring.YOU ARE/HAVE:
A college graduateAt least a year or more relevant experience in FMCG or a large multinational company in similar Marketing & Sales functions is essential.Has experience in handling Trade ActivationSkilled in data gathering, insight and analysis, and budget managementGood communication skills - Oral and written (English, Filipino)Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Job Type: Contract

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
