Your Role Purpose & Objective
• enable effortless home improvement through supporting tradies to build and expand their businesses.
• follow up on inbound enquiries that come from tradies that request more information about joining the business platform, communicate the key benefits of the web based advertising new customers will receive as a member of the business.
• You know you are successful when you are converting a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, you’re able to use your expertise on the business product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.
How you will add value
• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and sales targets (essential)
• Making a high volume of outbound / inbound phone calls (essential)
• Explaining the key benefits of business with potential clients
• Handling customers objections (essential)
• Closing the sale and signing up new members
• Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
• Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that client’s needs are met
• Effective note taking on all client interactions and input into CRM system
