Finance Manager / Sr. Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities ·      Manage the entire finance and accounting functions·      Policy creation and implementation for Finance Department·      Preparation of monthly financial statements·      Managing expenses to control cash flow·      Monitors company pricing to maximize income per projects·      Prepares annual budget and plan·      Ensures budget is properly managed and followed·      Provides monthly financial reports to management·      Supervise and mentor 2 subordinates·      Preparation and implementation of internal procedures and policies·      Payroll management·      Handles audit requirements·      Ensuring compliance of all control aspects·      Provision of information to internal and external auditors·      Ensures timely submission of tax and other statutory requirements·      Monthly bank reconciliation·      Verification of all supporting documents to all invoices for payment and all JV entries·      Supports business for finance integration·      Compliance and implementation in BIR regulations in taxation Skills and Qualifications: ·      A four-year course graduate of Finance, Accounting, or any course related·      Must be a licensed CPA – Certified Public Accountant·      Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the same role or same function·      Experience in monthly financial reports and numbers, and financial-related systems (i.e Quickbooks, MS Excel, Googlesheets, Powerpoint Presentations)·      Must have a keen sense in working with numbers, attention to detail·      Must be organized and efficient in executing job requirements·      Experience in advertising is an advantage
