Accounting Specialist (URGENT)

JOB DEscriptION:1. Verification and recording of Sales, Remittances, Payments·        Branch Sales and Check Payments·         International Payments·        Local branches Payments·         online shop Payments2. Cash Fund·        Handling Petty Cash Fund used for daily operation·       Replenish PCF·         Monitoring and recording remittances from International branches3. Payroll·       Encoding time entries of employees·        Filing of DTR’s4. online Shop·        Tagging Orders after confirming payments in online portal5. Assisting the department in daily, monthly and annual activities and maintaining accurate and complete records including ledgers, invoices and receipts.QUALIFICATIONS:·        Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any-related field·        Experience in treasury is an advantage·        Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.·        Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills.·        Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software·        Organized and detail-oriented·        Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data·        Willing to report to wok at Head Office located at Ortigas Center, Pasig City (near Robinson’s Galleria)·        CAN START ASAP
