1. Conducts roving in showroom on a daily basis
2. Responsible in creating orders subject for replenishment in the SAP system.
3. Prepare list of items subject for replenishment and give to showroom warehouse staff for
preparation.
4. Assists in the arrangement of showroom warehouse.
5. Responsible in receiving and checking items from warehouse hubs.
6. Reports to warehouse hubs for any discrepancy seen upon receiving the item.
7. Processes Goods Issue for items received from warehouse hubs.
8. Responsible for receiving customer orders subject for carry, delivery or pick up.
9. Ensures that the ROP’s set by the merchandisers are maintained and followed.
10. Responsible for receiving emails from merchandisers for new items and price updates.
11. Responsible for receiving emails from showroom operations on price tags for new items like
furniture and sofas.
12. Receives the new plotting for mass display from visual merchandiser department.
13. Reports all damages subject for repair, reprice and disposal.
14. Generates price tags in the Barter system for small items.
15. Maintains 5S system in their respective working area
