Job DescriptionConducts product reviews and development on assigned merchandise based on market trendsCanvasses items from stores based on the market trends, price, quality.In-Charge ordering of products based on the approved merchandise for new items and repeat ordersCommunicates constantly with the suppliersReceives and coordinates with the import in-charge regarding the arrival or shipment of the items orderedReceives damage report and negotiate with the supplier for replacement and/or payment deductionThe position includes maintaining inventory stock level of the items, forecasting, and sales monitoring. Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent (Gradute of BS Industrial Engineering is a Plus but not required).Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.Must have engaging skillsMust be technically capable in any merchandising related programs and SAP SystemMust have a sense of LeadershipExcellent communication skillsCustomer DrivenValue DrivenMust be computer literate; knows MS OfficeKeen to detailsCan do multi-taskCan handle pressureMust be a good team playerBusiness Acumen (Business Mindset)Systems- ThinkingWilling to Travel outside the Philippines and Do overtime, if necessary
