Technical Sales Assistant

Forsspac MBR Corp is looking for a Sales Assistant to make sales for the Technical Facility Management services of the Testing and Commissioning Team.The T&C Sales Assistant will be responsible for managing existing clients, promoting the services of the Company and monitoring customer satisfaction and quality of product and service delivery giving feedback to the Operations teams for continuous improvement of services.Key Results Areas:Generate leads, increase clientele database and convert opportunities to project proposals and to actual awarded projects.Regularly schedule sales and marketing activitiesProduce cash inflow and business pipeline statements on a monthly basis in agreed formatsMaintain an up-to-date customer database by creating customer profile details.Develop presentation format and compile data for the preparation of sales presentations.Assist in preparing contract, negotiating, monitoring, contract administration and compliance.Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports for the update on sales activities and sales forecast and funnel.Support the T&C Sales in achieving Company objectives through efficient administration of the sales action plans and strategiesImplement and interpret policies and procedures. Develop, recommend and coordinate the implementation of new procedures for the assigned function.Answering queries from prospective and existing clients.Track authorizations and correspondence.Maintain detailed and organized files.Assist in preparing contract extensions and change notices.Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications and payment schedules.Perform and monitor closing activities of the project. Whereas a Certificate of Completion has to be raised and issued to the client if required or as needed.Maintain competitor analysis information database and update sales team/senior management regularlyPerform other job-related duties as necessary or assigned. Job Knowledge:Graduate level or equivalent qualification or experience in sales and marketingKnowledge, experience and understanding sales approach in the engineering consultancy fieldAbility to develop technical service sector collateralDemonstrate commercial acumenNumerate and literateGeneral company administration proceduresKnowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by the companyKnowledge of any legal aspects required in the post (copyright, IP etc.)Company information/procedures/policies etcCustomer database managementInternal company documentation and reportsIT software in use and packages appropriate for the roleMust be able to start ASAPOffice based position-must be willing to work in Makati City and do fieldwork (visiting clients)
