Job Specification:
1. Responsible in checking daily time record (DTR) of employees;
2. Verifies authorized overtime request, per hour and kilometer incentives;
3. Compares DTR with respective employee logbook;
4. Prepares memorandums for payroll concerns during the period which will be submitted to the project sites;
5. Assists in the preparation of request for payment of salary and incentives;
6. Prints and releases pay slips for the payroll period;
7. Ensures to follow-up the released pay slips which are signed by employees every payroll period;
8. Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information;
9. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests of the specific employee/s involved through the approval of the Department Head.
10. Maintains employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a college graduate preferably BS in Accountancy
2. Preferably with at least 1 year work related experience
3. Payroll software experience
4. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
5. Keen attention to details
6. Ability to meet deadlines
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality
8. Good analytical skills
9. Must have a high level of professionalism and integrity
10. Must be flexible in dealing with people with different personalities.
