We are looking for an experienced and well organised, punctual, goal oriented Inside Sales Coordinator and Marketing Assistant to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
Job Purpose: To facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance towards the solid and long-lasting development of the company. To get new and serve existing customers by selling products and services. Assist in carrying out marketing research and initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales coordinator and Tele-Marketing Assistant will support the Sales and Marketing Teams with tasks including but not limited to:
Primarily marketing electrical products of IDEC, Marshal, LS , Schneider Electric ,Wieland Electric Brand Panel boardsPrepare Sales Quote via Software and Encode Sales Quotation in CRMLearning and Studying product technical specification for effective marketingCoordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or marketing materialAssist and Support in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events.Responding to follow ups from customers and give after-sales support when requestedStore and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and prepare and present reportsHandle the processing of phone in/ walk in orders with accuracy and timelinessInform clients of unforeseen delays or problemsMonitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvementsUndertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activitiesConduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnairesEnsure adherence to laws and policiesTakes incoming customer calls, processes sales, and accepts payment for products and servicesMakes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and servicesAnswers questions about product specifications and pricingUp-sells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced servicesExplains product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricingPrepares Electronic copy of client databaseAccurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes.Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial informationProcesses customer payments and troubleshoots any issues that may ariseMaintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitchesAssists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customersContacts customers in response to correspondence or feedbackMonitors order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely mannerInvestigates unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected orders and resolves customer issues as necessaryMaintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshopsMay specialise in inbound or outbound telemarketing or in sales for a particular product and industryKey Competencies: Customer Focus, Goal Oriented, Self-Starter, Attentive to Detail, Professional, Team Player, Organised, Creative, Friendly Demeanor
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree of business courseMicrosoft CRM experience (or other CRM experience)Electrical industry sales experienceMarketing and/or advertising experienceFamiliarity with Adobe products (Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) is a plusPositions are generally full-time, typical office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
